Hon. Paul Adingwupu,<\/strong> Chairman\/Founder, Foundation for Effective Leadership and Development (FELD)<\/p>

Hon. Adingwupu is a graduate of Computer Science with Second Class Upper Division from the University of Benin, Benin City, 1986. He also holds a Master\u2019s Degree in Information and Communications Technology (ICT) among many professional qualifications. He served Texaco Nigeria Plc, Lagos, were he distinguished himself as a Specialist in Oil Well Simulation and Analysis. He rose to the position of Computer Coordinator and later resigned in 1993 into private practice with focus in computing, oil simulation and systems analysis for multinational companies. In 1995\/96, he joined politics with the desire to further make a positive change in the society, and he served as a legislator and later as Special Adviser, Higher Education Project in Delta State. Also, in 2008, he was appointed Special Adviser on ICT to the Delta State Governor. He is a key stakeholder in the governance of Delta State and well sought after for policy, development and conflict resolution in communities.<\/p>

Hon. Adingwupu sits on the board of directors of many organisations such as Gucci-Chis Nigeria limited, a multidimensional Information and Communication Technology Company as Chairman\/CEO a position he assumed since June, 2010, Platinum-Code Infotech Ltd., and also the Chairman, Pumoh Print Concept, based in Lagos among others.<\/p>

He is the founder and Chairman, Foundation for Effective Leadership and Development (FELD), a non-governmental organization, established primarily to pursue the vision of sustainable development based on good governance in all facets of life,<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Past Contributions about service to the society<\/strong><\/p>

My Education Quiz Play \u2013<\/strong> a TV Quiz Show, for the educational advancement of students in secondary and tertiary institutions in Nigeria. Aired on National Television with over 1,300 students benefiting in various sums for their educational pursuit.<\/p>

FELD Economic Empowerment Programme<\/strong> \u2013 an empowerment of people at the grassroots in Aniocha\/Oshimili federal constituency, Delta State; with more than 3,650 beneficiaries recorded thus far.\u00a0 To achieve this, is FELD\u2019s periodic empowerment\/support of SMME\u2019s (Small Medium and Mirco Enterprises (SMME\u2019s) through the disbursement of interest free loan to SMME\u2019s – a high impact solutions for poverty alleviation through the development of entrepreneurial mindset and business-related skills among the natives and residents of Aniocha\/Oshimili federal constituency, Delta State, Nigerians.<\/strong><\/p>

    • To provide supports for people in different trade and engage the idle ones to constructive ventures<\/li>
    • To build the capacity of people at rural and urban areas for proper integration as relevant stakeholders in the economic development of their community.<\/li>
    • To inspire our youths to become active and positive agents of change in their communities<\/li><\/ul>
